Returns Policy

RETURNS

RetroPieX offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To initiate a return, please email support@retropiex.com with your order number, receipt/proof of purchase, details about the item and an explanation of the issues with the product(s). Failure to notify RetroPieX before sending the product back to us could result in a processing delay or the possibility that we will refuse the return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– An item that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

90-DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY

If a product you purchased from RetroPieX ceases operation within 90-days of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the part or product. RetroPieX will reimburse the shipping costs to return product/part to the customer. If RetroPieX no longer supplies this product/part we will request the customer to send the complete product back to us for a refund of the cost of goods. We will NOT replace with a newer generation of the product or exchange for another product.

1 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

If a product you purchased from RetroPieX ceases operation within 1 year of the shipping date then the defective product/part can be sent back to us for replacement at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the part or product and will also be charged for the shipping costs to return the replacement product/part to the customer.
If RetroPieX no longer supplies this product/part then the 1 Year Warranty is null and void.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at support@retropiex.com for additional assistance.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to apply for an exchange, send us an email at support@retropiex.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING

RetroPieX provides shipping services to Canada and the United States. Due to service restrictions, we are unable to process orders from countries other than those listed. Standard and Express Postage options are available upon Checkout and cost varies depending on the size of your order and the delivery location.
All postage services include Tracking and Delivery Updates.
